Tickets and entry

• Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by us, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Just let us know their name so we can update the guest list.
• We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave whose behaviour is unsafe or disrespectful to guests, vendors, staff or the venue.

Your belongings

• Please look after your personal belongings. Mindful Matter Market and the venue are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal property during our events.

Attending at your own risk

• You attend our events at your own risk. Please take care of yourself and others, and follow the instructions of our team and the venue.
• Food, drink and products at our events are offered by independent vendors. If you have allergies or dietary needs, please ask each vendor about their ingredients before tasting or buying.
• Purchases made from vendors are between you and the vendor.

Photography and filming

• Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos and videos that Mindful Matter Market uses on our website, social media and other materials.
• If you would prefer not to be photographed, just let a member of our team know on the day.

Children

• Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for them throughout the event.

Changes

• Event details, including times, programming and vendors, may change. We will always share updates as early as possible.
